On Thursday 9 December from 10:30am to 12pm we will be holding a special walking group where we will take a tour of the rose gardens at Springvale Botanical Cemetery. This activity will start at the front entrance of the Centre for Care & Wellbeing.

Vaccination status: Please note that for the safety of our community all attendees must be fully vaccinated and have proof of vaccination ready to show on arrival
Social distancing: A minimum of 1.5 metres must be maintained at all times
Masks: Optional, please wear one if you feel more comfortable
